services: We offer Culture4Innovation expertise in Croatia and consult companies to acheave better competitive position through implementation of innovation processes and practices. Many SME's lack expertise in how to explore and exploit innovation, how to search eco system for best solutions and how to offer their innovative services to the World. Our expertise helps them establish right strategies and approaches to achieve best results in their innovative projects.
previous experience: We have been providing similar services within Blue Boost Interreg project organised by Croatian Chamber of Economy in Zadar with objective to help small Blue Sector enterprises establish better approaches toward markets. Innovation strategies were developed and effective innovation practices were adopted for large clients such as Podravka Inc, AS group, Prvent group and similar. For many other companies, we have been providing help in developing strategies and approaches based on tools like gamification (the use of game elements in business processes), appreciative inquiry (positive approach), scenario workshop and horizon landscape (building companies vision and strategy through futuristic approach).
