services: Long-term experience as fundraiser and innovator in various cultural fields and in show business in general. Established a proven record of success with my 33-year career at the Trieste Opera House “Fondazione Teatro Lirico G. Verdi”. From initially diverse tasks and responsibilities I consistently increased my range of competencies until reaching the position of Director of Production. In this role I acquired a solid knowledge in show business differentiation and development as well as corporate management and controlling. I managed the innovation process of the Trieste Opera House reorganizing production cycles and sale strategies for our products. Thanks to negotiation skills and the successful management of complex projects as well as leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams, and maintaining good relationships with international organizations I succeeded in providing the necessary financial coverage for the theater and its activities, thus guaranteeing its institutional consolidation. Based on entrepreneurial endeavor and a flexible attitude I recently started a management and organizational consulting activity in show business and the entertainment industry where I advise on artistic, organizational and sponsor-related aspects dealing with cultural investments in Italy and abroad.
previous experience: In the course of our activity, both in the public and private sectors, we have always developed international cooperation from Europe to the Far East. We have had different experiences in European design both in the Creative Europe and in the INTEREG whit Slovenia and Croatia, classifying but not obtaining funding. Our professional and didactic experience (Professor by Accademia di Brera in Milano) the collaboration with the Labinf company ,have pushed us in the last year ,to begin to deepen the theme of the application of new technologies in the craft of live entertainment.
