profile: The Wine Tour Experience (WTE) is a trademark of Agência Internacional de Enoturismo, Unipessoal Lda., which innovates in the national and international tourism sector with its concept of online wine tourism experiences reservations. The Wine Tour Experience has developed its activities through an authentic reservation system and adapted to the wine tourism in Portugal by means of the platform winetourexperience.pt, especially designed to offer services as: wine tastings, winery and vineyards guided visits, cruises in wine routes, thematic meals, vintage, wine courses, pruning vineyards, general wine tourism activities (tours) with or without transfers; other activities related to wine tourism (cross-selling: hotels and local lodgings, gastronomy, adventure tourism, rural tourism, nature tourism and maritime-tourism activities; guided group activities for groups business. The company started its activities in 2016 as a project, undergoing a remodeling of its business model until the end of 2017. In 2018, the Wine Tour Experience expanded its activities focusing on the Web development of digital solutions for transformation of wine tourism, which was completed in September last year, resulting in processes automation that constitute the WTE and consequent growth of the reservations volume. In addition, an innovative system offered to our partners to wine tourism experiences integration and publishing is currently being developed, as well as, a mobile application for customers and partners to manager their reservations with more ease and convenience. The main customers are national and international travellers searching for unforgettable and high quality experiences provided by the most respectables wine tourism providers in Portugal. Currently, the company has the status of micro-enterprise and its activities are carried out by two elements: the manager (André Pereira) e the IT manager (José Augusto Salim).
